The La Sala board is pleased to announce that La Sala De Galisteo Arts Center will be offering our front-of-the-hall space for POP-UP store opportunities during the 2020 season (June-August). La Sala is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11-5. 

Pop-up stores are more than a just trend. They’re an amazing opportunity to connect with your community and create meaningful relationships with customers. According to data from trade publication Independent Retailer, pop-up shops make around $50 billion in sales each year.

We invite NM artists + craftspersons to contact us regarding their interest, selected images of the type work that would be included and possible dates of interest. Dates remaining in our calendar are as follows:

June 20-21  • July 18-19, and 25-26  • August 15-16, and 22-23

The allocated space is approximately 160sq ft floor space and 24 feet of wall space. Terms of Use: 

• We are offering this space without a rental fee in exchange for 20% of the sales 

• Each pop-up would ideally occur in one weekend and not continue for more than two consecutive weekends

• You would be responsible for operating the open hours of your pop up and La Sala Arts Center (11-5, Saturday + Sunday)

• You would be responsible for managing your transactions and advertising

La Sala provides the space, road-side signage, announcement and photos of your POP-UP on our La Sala website + Facebook pages, some display pedestals, electricity, trash/recycling and a porta-potty.

NOTE: any sales you tendered during your Pop Up from the 2020 La Sala exhibition, CLIMA, would result in a 10% commission for you.
